What standard of communications service will be available?
State-of-the-art communications at Point Boston Peninsula will be provided by Clearworks via underground cable to the boundary of each allotment and include free to air television and high speed broadband with wireless access throughout your home. Telephone connection, including free calls to other residents, unlimited local calls and inexpensive STD and international calls, also included. www.clearworks.com.au
What are the costs associated with connection to free to air TV?
You will be required to run cable from the boundary. The body corporate will maintain the system.

How many dwellings will be built at Point Boston Peninsula?
There are four residential areas planned for Point Boston - approx. 1000 dwellings. This does not include the hotel/tourism site.
Will there be a household waste collection?
The council will collect general household waste from 140 ltr bins provided by owners. There will be a central drop off area for recyclables.
Will there be a mail delivery service?
A post office box would be required.
Will there be parking available for non-residents visiting the beach?
Yes. 21 visitor parking spaces will be available on the east facing shoreline.
