Generally no. To encourage early development, certain lots have been advantageously priced for those people who can commence building within a certain time.

Can I build more than one dwelling on a lot?
Yes. There are defined lots upon which attached pairs or duplexes can be built.

 

Is there a minimum size
house I must build?

No.

Can I have a swimming
pool and tennis court?

Yes.

Can overseas buyers purchase
land at Point Boston Peninsula?

Yes. Subject to Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) approval. Approval is usually given conditional upon construction of a dwelling commencing within 12 months from settlement.

 

Has construction started?
Houses are now being constructed, and the award-winning Peninsula Club for residents and central water recycling facility have been completed.

What community facilities will there be? (shops, cafes, etc)
