It is expected title will be available early 2009, at which time settlement of the sale will be available.
What deposit is required?
10% cash or bank guarantee or deposit bond.

Generally no. To encourage early development, certain lots have been advantageously priced for those people who can commence building within a certain time. |

Can I build more than one dwelling on a lot?
Yes. There are defined lots upon which attached pairs or duplexes can be built.
Are there rules about what
type of house I can build?
Yes - building design guidelines are in place to ensure that dwellings built within the project sustain property values within the project. These guidelines cover the architectural style encouraged, outbuildings, fences, landscaping, building height limits and other uses of the land related to the dwelling.
Do I have a choice of builder?
Yes. There are no restrictions on which licensed builder you use.
Is there a minimum size
house I must build?

Can overseas buyers purchase
land at Point Boston Peninsula?
Yes. Subject to Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) approval. Approval is usually given conditional upon construction of a dwelling commencing within 12 months from settlement.
What type of roads will
be constructed?
All public and private roads will be constructed and spray sealed with bitumen in accordance with Australian Standards and Guidelines.
